Use the YouTube app or your mobile browser on an Android phone with Gemini enabled.
Once the video is open, launch Gemini (by long-pressing the power button or swiping up from the corner of your screen).
Gemini can see your screen and will immediately recognize that youāre on a YouTube video.
It will give you two options:

Ask questions about this video (Type)
You can pick either one ā Iāll go with the second for this example.

Ask exactly what you want to know
Try something like: āHow much sugar do I need for this recipe?ā or simply āSummarize this video.ā Gemini will analyze the video and give you an accurate answer.
After responding, Gemini also provides a direct link to the exact moment in the video where your question is answered.
This way, you can verify it for yourself ā no skipping around or guessing.
Iāve personally found this feature incredibly useful for certain videos. It helps you skip the fluff and get straight to what matters.
